To avoid the need for rescheduling your appointment when you arrive in our office, please contact your insurance company in advance to determine the coverage available for your situation. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Personal Checks, and ATM cards. We realize payment and insurance issues can be confusing. Our staff is therefore happy to file your insurance claims for you and to answer related questions or provide guidance for you about where to obtain additional information you may need.
